Name the nameless
– What would you call this being? Let it listen to your words.
Press the button to record while speaking.

Name is a sculpture resembling an animal form without identifiable features. A microphone inside records visitors as they describe, address, or name. Naming or speaking to it becomes a way of defining what the being is, with the interaction becoming part of its ongoing definition.
Recordings are made with the visitors’ consent by pressing the button and are remotely saved to the cloud.
